I greatly enjoyed the room with view, the bed was comfortable. Location: the hotel was close enough to many restaurants and shops and the local activities going on around the lake in the mornings and evenings esp on weekend evenings which has a festive atmosphere, most food outlets, like the Pho Bo Tai on Au Trien, the famous Quoc Huong Pate and sausages on So9 Hang Bong and attractions like St Josephs' Church at the Hoan Kiem Lake, and Hoan Kiem Lake and the Old Quarter. The rooftop restaurant served plenty of GOOD food.

Brand-new hotel in a very nice area near the lake and the shopping and restaurant precincts of the cathedral and the old quarter. Incredible and amazing location, brand-new premier twin room with a nice bathroom, good view plus ac. Really had very nice stay for the whole extra night.

brand-new hotel in a calm area close enough to hoan kiem lake, many of the main tourist destinations as well as evenings esp on weekend evenings which has a festive atmosphere. friendliness of the staff. fantastic and amazing location, brand-new premier twin room with modern bathroom and ac and good view. very early check-in and the staff was sincere and best. no charge for wake up calls and ironing too. really had really really nice stay for the whole extra night.

The shower water pressure was low and the staircase was narrow and steep, making it difficult to carry luggage up multiple floors.
